1. Free trial

No subscription charge is made during the 14-day free trial. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, the selected monthly or annual subscription begins automatically when the trial ends.

2. Initial subscription payment

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first paid subscription charge. Requests made after this period are generally not eligible unless required by applicable law.

3. Subscription renewals

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days after an automatic renewal charge. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a charge outside this period.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address used for your purchase. Include your Paddle transaction or invoice number when available. Do not send card details or other payment credentials.

5. Refund processing

Paddle acts as merchant of record for Avenstill purchases. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times may vary.

6. Local consumer rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. If the law applicable to your purchase provides stronger refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply.

7. Abuse and exceptional circumstances

We may decline requests involving fraud, payment disputes made in bad faith, or repeated abuse of trials or refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may also consider reasonable requests outside the standard windows in exceptional circumstances.
